Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday interacted with students, teachers and parents. This year’s Pariksha Pe Charcha was the fourth edition of the event and PM Modi interacted with all of them in virtual mode due to the pandemic.
In the programme, PM Modi answered the questions of students on how they can beat exam stress. Along with this the Prime Minister also shared tips on how to perform well in the upcoming board exams.

Corona time has taught us the importance of many things, says PM
All those things that we missed badly during corona has made us realise about their importance. We should not forget their importance after corona gets over. This period has also strengthened the emotional bond in family.

Students should remain calm while attempting their question paper. One should leave stress outside the examination hall. This way, students will be able to attempt their exams in a better way.
PM Modi on how to improve memory to perform better in exam
Students should learn to associate themselves with what they are reading to improve their memory. It is imperative for students to visualise when they are reading a subject so that they can internalise it.
PM Modi on how to make children eat healthy food
It is important to inform children about time taken to prepare food and the number of ingredients required while making it. There are number of websites which talk about healthy food. We can also see them. Family doctors can also inform about kind of food which is good for us. Teachers can also be helpful in this regard. This question is out of my syllabus. But some of my suggestions may be helpful.
PM Modi’s advice to students on how to use free time
When you earn free time you value it the most. During studies when you get free time you should use it to increase their curiosity towards doing productive things. But stay away from such activities which can waste all your time. In free time sports, music, painting etc are good ways of expressing your emotions in positive manner.
